The rules and guidelines that govern your use of the IntelliTC Solutions platform.
Effective Date: March 18, 2026By accessing or using the IntelliTC Solutions website, calculator suite, learning paths, scenario labs, certification program, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and IntelliTC Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
IntelliTC Solutions provides a suite of 49 professional real estate calculators, educational learning paths, interactive scenario labs, workflow guides, and a certification program (IntelliTC Certified Real Estate Analyst — ICREA). The Platform is designed for real estate investors, agents, homebuyers, lenders, and other real estate professionals.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to calculator designs, algorithms, computational methodologies, educational curricula, learning path structures, assessment frameworks, workflow guides, scenario lab content, the ICREA certification program structure, branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, and user interface design — are owned by IntelliTC Solutions and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
"IntelliTC Solutions," "IntelliTC," "ICREA," "IntelliTC Certified Real Estate Analyst," and all related logos and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of IntelliTC Solutions. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to:
When you submit data, calculations, or other content through the Platform ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant IntelliTC Solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform's services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third party's rights.
The IntelliTC Certified Real Estate Analyst (ICREA) certification program is subject to the following terms:
The Platform provides educational tools and calculators for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. All calculator outputs, analyses, and educational content are estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision.
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our calculators and content, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information, calculations, or outputs provided by the Platform. Real estate markets, interest rates, tax laws, and regulations vary by location and change over time.
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
You should always consult with qualified professionals — including licensed real estate agents, financial advisors, attorneys, and tax professionals — before making any real estate or financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntelliTC Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to IntelliTC Solutions in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IntelliTC Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
